Using the services of Thess Airpark requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. They apply to every booking and every use of the parking and passenger transfer services and, where offered, the vehicle collection and delivery service (Valet Parking).
1.Scope of the service
Thess Airpark provides vehicle parking in a private car park and a transfer service for customers from the car park to Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia” and back.
A booking covers a parking space for the period stated by the customer and does not necessarily mean a specific numbered space is assigned.
2.Booking
When booking, the customer must provide accurate details, such as:
- full name,
- phone number,
- vehicle registration number,
- vehicle type/model,
- date and time of arrival,
- date and time of return,
- flight details, where requested.
A booking is confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation from Thess Airpark.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
3.Arrival and vehicle handover
The customer must arrive at Thess Airpark on the date and at the time stated.
If the arrival time is delayed or changed, the customer must inform Thess Airpark as soon as possible.
In case of a significant delay without prior notice, Thess Airpark reserves the right to adjust the service according to availability and the operational needs of the car park.
4.Transfer to and from the airport
The transfer from Thess Airpark to Thessaloniki Airport and the return from the airport to Thess Airpark is made in a company vehicle.
Transfers run according to the operating schedule and the operating conditions of the car park at the time.
On return, the customer must contact Thess Airpark following the instructions received, so that they can be picked up from the airport.
Thess Airpark makes every reasonable effort to serve customers on time. Delays caused by traffic, unforeseen incidents, access restrictions, instructions from the competent authorities or other circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control are handled according to the circumstances.
5.Late return / flight delay
If a flight is delayed or changed, the customer must inform Thess Airpark as soon as possible.
If the vehicle stays beyond the originally agreed return date or time, an additional charge may apply according to the price list in force.
The additional charge covers the extra parking time and does not apply where the extra stay is due solely to circumstances for which a different charge has been agreed.
6.Early collection of the vehicle
If the customer collects the vehicle earlier than the date stated, Thess Airpark's charging and cancellation policy in force applies.
Any refund or adjustment of the charge is made according to the company policy in force at the time of booking.
7.Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation or modification of a booking is made according to Thess Airpark's booking and cancellation policy in force.
If the customer does not show up (no-show) without prior notice, the corresponding company policy applies.
The cancellation terms and any refunds are communicated to the customer before the booking is completed.
8.Vehicle condition at handover
The customer must hand over the vehicle in a condition suitable for safe parking and moving.
The customer must inform the staff of any known problem or particularity of the vehicle that may affect moving it safely, such as:
- mechanical failure,
- brake problems,
- steering problems,
- low tyre pressure,
- battery problems,
- failure to start,
- any other known malfunction.
Thess Airpark reserves the right to refuse to move a vehicle when, in the reasonable judgement of the staff, moving it may create a risk to people, vehicles or facilities.
9.Vehicle keys
Where handing over the vehicle keys is needed for the proper operation of the car park, the customer is informed at handover.
The keys are used solely for moving, parking and handing back the vehicle safely.
The customer must hand over the necessary keys and inform the staff of any special instructions concerning the vehicle.
10.Personal belongings and valuables
Thess Airpark recommends that customers do not leave money, valuables, electronic devices, documents or other items of high value inside the vehicle.
Thess Airpark does not accept items for safekeeping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer is responsible for removing or safely storing personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.
This clause does not limit any liability of the company that is mandatory under applicable law.
11.Photographs and inspection at handover
For security and to record the condition of the vehicle, Thess Airpark may photograph the vehicle when receiving and/or returning it.
Photographs may be used solely for security, documenting the vehicle's condition, investigating incidents and establishing or defending legal claims, in line with applicable data protection law.
12.Video surveillance (CCTV)
The Thess Airpark premises may be monitored by a video surveillance system to protect people and property and to prevent and investigate security incidents.
Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek law.
Information about the processing of personal data, the data controller, the retention period and the rights of data subjects is provided in the corresponding Privacy Policy and on the information signs on the premises.

Available photographs, video or other relevant material may be used to investigate any incident.
